Who We Are
I’m Emily, the brain and chaos behind Annie & Em. This whole thing started with a want for a cool jacket and a collection of salvaged patches.
My mom (Annie or Annette) taught me how to create beautiful and amazing things my whole life and it’s helped me build this amazing company.
We come from a long line of amazing women who have passed down their creative visions and skills to us and inspire us every day to make beautiful things.
What We Do
We want to reduce the number of cool textiles going into landfills. We take defective or previously loved clothing items and accessories and give them a second life.
We also create and make accessories for you to be able to customize or remake your own items.
Scrap waste is used as much as possible including use as stuffing in plush animals and animal beds or filler used for insulation in barn cat winter housing boxes.
